N-TORK s the brand name of manufacturing ball valves and for your convenience, we manufacture a 2 piece design wafer type ball valve with a replaceable seat and CE approved rotary actuator.

We have fully inhouse production and we use WCB / CF8 / CF8M / CF3M casting material for Body, CF8 / CF8M / CF3M material for Balls and PTFE / GFT / CFT / TFM / PEEK material for seats. 

We offer it in 1” to 4” inches in size. 180°C temperature is the maximum capacity of this valve and can sustain 10 BAR working pressure. It has Class 150# wafer type Flanged end connections to ASME B 16.5

The Valve Acts like a Gate to stop or allow the flow through the valve. The valve can be opened by lifting the wedge out of the path of the flow Gate valves are actually designed for closing & opening full , so they are not suitable for the Throttling purpose. When the Gate valve is fully open, there is no Obstruction in the Flow path, resulting in very low pressure drop, & they are often suitable for the Hot Tapping & Pigging.
